1995

The beginning of HTM

This was the start of our journey.
Simon Alexander started HTS, specialised in telephony services

1996

First phone sets sold

So far we've delivered over 1 million handsets and provide hospitality specialty telephones to hotels in three continents.

1997

First PBX installed

And we now support over 120 PBXs in as many hotels. These range from on-site to cloud-based phone systems.

2005

First HSIA installations

High Speed Internet has become a staple in hotels and we were amongst the first to provide this service in the UK. We currently support over 15,000 bedrooms and meeting rooms.

2021

First IoT projects

We introduced our groundbreaking product Hotel Secret Service, in collaboration with BlueSky Wireless.

2022

A step into Robotics

We created a new division: HTM Robotics, to promote and sell hospitality specialty robots.

2023

Becoming a MSP

We've been working in this industry for over 25 years and we can identify the needs of connected hotels.
Therefore, HTM is now a MSP, delivering a full range of services and products to hotels in the UK and Europe.

2023

Expanding to new markets

Following the opening of our Northern Europe office in the Netherlands, we have opened a new office in Spain to better serve the Iberian market, as we have incorporated several hotels.
