Working closely with the Lowry Hotel in Manchester requirements htm successfully integrated the Mitel 3300 MXe phone system onto the existing network infrastructure and installed new Vtech SIP cordless phones into each guest room, whilst working closely with The Lowry staff to ensure minimum disruption to guests.
As the project was nearing completion, new Mitel “Connected Guest” Call Management and Guest Voice Mail systems were interfaced with the Hotel’s Property Management System. In addition, a number of “MiCollab” VoWiFi Samsung Smartphones were issued to key staff.
