New Build Hotel
HTM has extensive experience of working on new build projects of all sizes, especially where the planned hotels have in excess of 150 bedrooms. It is our belief that new build projects are very different from upgrades, renovations or refurbishments and we would welcome a call to discuss your project, hotel design or thoughts with you.
When we look at a new hotel project, HTM believes there are eight important steps to success and have outlined them on the following pages, which we hope will help you understand more about our current and ongoing work on hospitality projects in the U.K. and Ireland.
It is important that our involvement starts in the very early stages of a new build project to ensure that:
- The communications room is sufficient to house all central equipment
- The Infrastucture is sufficient to support it ( with some spare capacity for the future)
- Any intermediate comms cabinets or closets are big enough to house the necessary equipment to support these services, such as voice panels and switches.
